We've been going to this Red Robin since it opened and this one of the few restaurants that keep on improving as it matures.  The staff has always been very professional, friendly, and always willing to make their customers a little more welcomed.

This display of professionalism, by the staff, can only be attributable to management.  Management is normally involved with the operations of this restaurant insuring that their customers are well taken care of, that the restaurant is visibly pleasing and clean, and that the servers are attentive to the needs of the customers.  Management also interacts frequently with the customers insuring that the customers are well taken care of.

I highly recommend this particular Red Robin to any one that is looking for a high quality burger.  Two thumbs up.

I finally get to try Red Robin! Unfortunately, it was pretty disappointing.

My friends and I decided to dine here before seeing a movie in IMax. Since we made the journey all the way up to Mall of GA, we figured we would dine at one of the places in the area that we never patronize. Having never been to Red Robin, I was excited to finally try their burgers and the infamous unlimited fries that everyone raves about. I heard so many good things about this chain that I was very much looking forward to this meal.

After the hour-plus car ride up to the Mall of GA, I decided an adult beverage was very much needed. I tried the Spiked Freckled Lemonade:
Smirnoff Citrus vodka, strawberries and lemonade. The drink was light and refreshing, perhaps almost too light - the alcohol mixes in well and you could probably drink several without realizing you've got a buzz.

My friends and I decided to start with an order of onion rings: The O-Ring Shorty: Six crispy onion rings served with Campfire Mayo and ranch. The onion rings were pretty good - very big in size and crispy.

For my meal, I decided upon The Master Cheese: 6-oz., fire-grilled patty with a duo of melted extra sharp Cheddar and Provolone cheeses, Bistro Sauce, dill pickle planks, lettuce and salt-and-peppered tomatoes on a toasted brioche bun. This is probably one of the worst burgers I've ever had. When I picked up the burger to eat it, the bun slid off from the top and bottom. I couldn't determine if it was the meat grease or the cheap cheese that never quite melted, but the burger was impossibly hard to eat. I ended up eating the burger with a fork. The taste of the burger was also not too appealing and I expected a bit more from a burger joint. The fries were seasoned well but nothing exceptional.

If I'd come back I'd likely not order the same burger again, but then again, I could probably go to a fast food place and order a comparable meal at half the price.

So, they just opened 4 days ago. What an extreme display of unorganized chaos.

I walked in the door, greeted with a smile and a hello but with the 5 servers talking to the manager they forgot about the customer. I walked into the bar area to place a to-go order and it took the bartender 3 min to recognize me. I was the only person there with 3 bartenders. I ordered $60 to-go and while waiting I had a cup of soup. I sent it back, it was cold. I asked for the manager and indeed it was replaced. While sitting there I watched a bartender open a customers to-go and eat a garlic parmesan fry and close the box. Best of all they were my fries, and I called her out on it. She then proceeded to argue with me in front of John the manager. I was asked if I wanted new fries but so disgusted I wanted to leave. I should not have to ask for food your bartender ate from to be replaced.

I sure hope this place gets better!!!

We ordered the food to be ready by 4:03 they said. Didn't get food until 5. Also they forgot to make our shakes so we had to wait extra time for that, then the shakes were very watery like they been sitting there and then one was freshly made. Very disappointed. Never coming here again. If you want to wait hours for your food and love watery shakes, this is your spot. Sincerely, disappointed.
